Quaint hotel, it has quiet atmosphere, and the location is excellent different to stay in Turkish Nicosia as part of a longer stay in both parts of the island. The staff is brilliantly friendly and really friendly as well as venue's owner. The building is very nice boutique and the rooms are well furnished with a double bed and a very nice terrace, as for instance. Came here for a trip and I would use them next time.

As retirees traveling through Northern Cypress, my husband and I wanted to be in the heart of Old Town, Nicosia for easy access to attractions. Cypriot Swallow was perfect for us with its charming courtyard and beautifully restored rooms. The AC, hot water, and fridge in our room were all great amenities. The location was safe, quiet, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The breakfast at the neighboring boutique hotel was delicious and staff were attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for an authentic and laid-back experience in Lefkosa.
Would recommend this hotel.

The Cypriot Swallow Boutique Hotel was an excellent choice for my stay in Nicosia. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's decoration to be charming and cozy, creating a welcoming ambiance. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, as it was conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk from the US Embassy. This made it incredibly convenient for my US visa purposes. The children working there were also very helpful and accommodating.
In terms of suggestions for a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have appreciated a wider range of dining options in the nearby area. While the hotel itself was wonderful, there were limited choices for restaurants that catered to senior guests.

Our stay at this boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location, as it was right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The breakfast served here was a definite highlight for us. With a variety of delicious options like eggs, fresh breads, olives, homemade jams, and local honey.
And all of this while respecting our privacy. We couldn't have asked for more.

The hotel was housed in a beautifully renovated old building with a bright and cheerful interior. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as a fridge and air conditioning. The breakfast was phenomenal and offered a great selection of traditional Cypriot dishes that were freshly prepared. The location of the hotel was superb, just a short walking distance from all the tourist attractions and close to the city center.
The surrounding neighborhood was run down and a bit noisy, with locals chatting and drinking outside the room at night. it was a bit challenging to find the hotel at first as it was tucked away in the narrow streets.
